After watching this movie wif Ryan yesterday, i cant help but decide to create an entry specially for this movie.. to acknowledge the fact that it is de best movie i have ever watched. Seriously.. Although both of us missed the first 5 mins of the movie due to her haha.. who overslept..but its alright, all the characters in the movie became so unforgettable in my memories.. Never had i watched a movie feeling so bloody satisfied and felt good and would not even mind spending money on it...Ryan got checked for ID..lol.. oh no i look old..

Spoilers ahead btw.. but not many ppl get to see it anywayz.. so ya.. but if u do.. u noe what i mean.. its really astoundingly beautiful.. Ppl have asked me why am i so obsessed with movies wif gay and les theme.. But its really most of such movies are touching and worth the money.. like come on.. i would not want to splurge on rubbish movies that are like C grade like those commercialized ones - Fantastic Four, Red Candy bla bla.. u watch it, u laugh, and u forget..

The story is something revolving two innocent guy. One by the name of Neil, is a cold male prostitute who get paid by older man, and he is gay even before he met the Coach.. Brian on the other hand is this boy who believes at the age of 8 he was abducted by aliens because of the twice blackout he has wif nose bleeds.. he is pretty much asexual as described in the movie.. neither gay nor straight.. But whats soon to unravel is the truth behind his blackout..

The coach.. is never been named. he is like this shadow that casts on them for the rest of their lives.. why? bEcause the reason for Brian's blackout was the fact that they got sexually abused by the coach at a tender age of 8.. Neil still remember vividly how both of them are abused in the house but Brian struggle to recollect what has happened.. although he still believed he was abducted by aliens..

As quoted by Brian: "The summer I was eight years old, five hours disappeared from my life. Five hours, lost, gone without a trace..."

In other words.. Brian is actually the total opposite of Neil.. but soon u realised how empty their souls are.. totally taken away by the coach's Paedophillic actions..

The movie is in a way very disturbing.. REmember those disturbing movies like "Boy's Dont Cry" and "Irreversible" . I can still stomach the 10 mins continuous rape scene of Monica Bellucci in Irreversible.. But in Mysterious Skin, at some point of the movie.. i was like whoa.. quite disturbed..especially the scene where the coach masturbated the children.. It is not shown..but u get the idea.. Another disturbing scene is the one where Neil was sodomize by this guy, who kept hitting him as he fucked him.. it was really really sad.. I kept held tightly to my seat, as i sympathize their youths..

however, the ending sums everything up touchingly as Neil and Brian pacified each other in silence as Brian uncovered the shocking truth.. In fact Neil told Brian that he was also forced by the coach to fist him even the whole elbow is in.. Its really disgusting .. the way it is revealed.. aS Brian slowly uncover the truth, he held tightly to Neil as he cried and feeling totally lost and shattered and realised that they can only share their bottomless heart with each other, but they can never be healed forever..

I almost cried la.. haha.. but ya noe.. its silly to cry at movies.. but sometimes..i get too engrossed with the characters.. It was a movie filled wif controversial issues but u get a tender touch.. Such a beauty..i would say.. alright... seriously watch it if u can..
